Midtown Flats welcomes your pets at our Carmel apartment community! We have no breed or size restrictions on dogs, although there is a 2-pet maximum with a non-refundable fee in addition to a monthly pet rent for pet owners.

Yes. There is a fee of $4,500 to break a lease at any time, which can be lowered to $3,000 if given a 60 day notice.
Yes, Midtown Flats and all other J.C. Hart apartment communities require a credit check to be completed during the application process.
Yes. An administrative fee of $250 per apartment is required that covers the application, personal screening, and processing charges necessary for a new lease.
